Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, regardless of location.
At Area Codes Official (ACO), we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Be returned in their original packaging.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as an Area Codes Official Digital Gift Card equal to the full purchase amount, excluding shipping fees.
This credit never expires and can be used toward any future ACO collection.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
You will be notified by email once your refund credit has been issued.
Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another size or product, please complete the return process first.
After your refund credit is issued, you may place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at areacodesofficial@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
